Hi, it’s Arvel.
Because every print and sticker is made especially for your order, all sales are normally final. Once it’s printed and shipped, I can’t accept returns just because you changed your mind.
BUT — I want you to be happy, so here’s what I promise:
✓ Damaged or defective items
If your print or sticker arrives damaged, bent, scratched, or clearly misprinted, contact me within 7 days of delivery (with a quick photo if possible). I’ll replace it for free or give you a full refund — whichever you prefer.
✓ Wrong item sent
My mistake → your replacement or full refund, no questions.
✓ Lost in the mail
If the tracking shows it never arrived and it’s been more than 30 days (60 days outside Europe), I’ll resend or refund you completely.
