Shipping & Delivery

Hi again — Arvel here.

All prints and stickers are packed and shipped by me personally from the Netherlands.

Current shipping rates (calculated automatically at checkout)

Netherlands → €4,95

Europe (EU) → €9–14 (depends on country and weight)

Rest of the world → €15–25

Free shipping worldwide on orders 50 € and up

(Yes, even to Australia or the US — if you spend 50 € or more, I cover the postage completely.)

Processing time

I usually print, sign (if it’s a signed edition), pack, and drop your order at the post office within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or if I’m buried in ink, it might take up to 5 business days — I’ll always let you know by email.

Delivery time (after I ship)

Netherlands: 1–2 days

Europe: 3–7 days

Rest of world: 7–21 days (sometimes faster, sometimes customs holds things up — sadly not in my control)

Tracking

Every order gets a Track & Trace code. You’ll receive it by email as soon as I drop the package.

​

Customs & import taxes (outside EU)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country. I mark packages as “gift” or “merchandise” with the correct low value, but I can’t predict or cover what your local post office might charge.

Lost or damaged packages

Very rare, but if it happens I’ll work with you and the postal service to fix it — reship or full refund, no questions asked.
